All Limited Time and Home Watch services are individually agreed to services. Home entry agreement is necessary since home will be vacant when services provided.
New to Home Ownership
This is an option to Home Warranty Insurance or an added value. Gift Packages are available. Focus is peace of mind with the new purchase. Then education and training on how to take care of and deal with home ownership.
Reporting to Non-Owners
Written and verbal reports are available. Any 2nd party reporting must be agreed in writing with the customer.
Senior Citizen Safety Home Assessment
Assessment of your entire home and property and report.
Certified 90+ point inspection. Size of house and property vary cost. Professional and trained opinion on status of living at this property is given in writing. Often utilized after coming home from a Rehab Care facility.
